PrivateSky Builds New Complex

PrivateSky Aviation Services, located at SouthWest International Airport(RSW) in Fort Myers, Fla., is constructing a 62,000-square-foot "mixed use" aviation complex consisting of an FBO combined with a maintenance service center, customer service center and executive terminal.
.....The customer service center and terminal will contain a "hotel-style" lobby on the first level, and offices for the maintenance center on the second level. The maintenance center includes a 40,000-square-foot, clear span hangar designed to service up to six Gulfstream IV aircraft.

PrivateSky said it initially will specialize in Gulfstream aircraft, but expects to add other manufacturers' models to its customer base.
..... At completion, the PrivateSky facility will cover 30 acres with over 100,000 square feet of buildings, including the former Jet South FBO and existing 26,000-square-foot hangar that is being used for maintenance. Future development being considered for the FBO includes another 200,000 square feet of storage, maintenance and completion service center space.
.....Twenty-year aviation and Gulfstream veteran Royce Stevens will be PrivateSky's general manager.
